Standard delivery in Germany

With standard delivery in Germany, delivery takes place on the desired date from Monday to Saturday. Delivery can optionally be CO2 neutral with DHL GoGreen.

If you order by 5 pm the day before at the latest, around 95 % of your order will be delivered on the desired date. Please note that delivery may currently be delayed by up to 2 working days. If the recipient cannot be found, the delivery person will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour.

Guaranteed Delivery in Germany

All products are sent a day prior to the desired delivery date. Therefore the completion of an order numerous days prior to the desired delivery has no affect on the reliability of the delivery.

A delivery is guaranteed Monday through Friday through our delivery service. The driver is also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbour if the recipient can not be reached.

The Guaranteed Delivery for premium bouquets, roses and certain other products costs 19.99€

Standard delivery in Europe

FloraPrima also delivers flowers and floral gifts quickly and reliably in Europe. The delivery service delivers from Wednesday to Friday.

Here, too, there is a 95 % probability that the delivery will be made on the desired date, otherwise on the following working day at the latest. If the recipient cannot be found, the delivery person will try to leave the delivery with a neighbour.

- Austria and Poland: 9,99 €

- Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia and the Czech Republic: 14,99 €

- France: 19,99 €

Note for France: Delivery to islands (e.g. Corsica) and French overseas departments is not possible.

Apart from that, the deliveries are completed with a delay of 1-2 business days. The driver is also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbour if the recipient can not be reached.
