7-Day-Freshness-Guarantee

FloraPrima only uses the freshest and finest flowers for its bouquets.

Our flowers are purchased directly from the grower and are choosen for their exceptional quality, uniqueness and their freshness.

Before the flowers are sent, FloraPrima makes sure to provide the flowers with plenty of water to keep them the fresh and blossoming.

Once the flowers are carefully hand-picked and tied, FloraPrima wraps each bouquet with a moist fleece to accompany the bouquets on their journey. A specialy designed packaging protects the flowers from the cold, the heat and a bouncy ride.

Please bear in mind that the freshness guarantee can only be provided if the recipient accepts the order directly on the delivery day.

The recipient receives the bouquet as pictured. Each bouquet is delivered with nursing instructions and a package of nutrients.

Orders from the categories: "Last Minute" and "International Delivery" are delivered by one of our local florists world wide. As certain flowers are only available during certain seasons and in certain regions the constellation may vary slightly from what is pictured on the site.

We have confidence in the quality and freshness of our flowers and thats why we offer a freshness guarantee of 7 days.

We offer a freshness guarantee of 4 days on orders from the categories: "Last Minute" Delivery and "International Delivery".

24 hour delivery service

Ordered today, delivered tomorrow.

Orders completed before 17:00h Mon. through Friday, are delivered on the following work day. Standard delivery will be delivered to 90% the next day. Currently the orders can take up to 3 work days with standard delivery. Orders completed before 11:00h on Saturday are delivered on the Monday.

Delivery directly to your desired address

We at FloraPrima make sure the flowers arrive at your desired address. Through our strong relationship with our delivery service we can deliver to any address in Germany.

For deliveries made through our network of florists, we request that you provide us with a telephone number of the recipient. This will help our florists coordinate when an address may be incomplete.

Delivery Fee

Standard delivery in Germany 5,99 €

The delivery can optionally be CO2 neutral with DHL GoGreen - the shipping costs are then 6,49 €.

In both cases, delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday (between approx. 8 am and approx. 7 pm) with our delivery service.

There is a 95% probability that the desired delivery date will be reached. If the recipient is not there, the driver will try to deliver to a neighbour.

Guaranteed Delivery in Germany 12,99 €

All products are sent a day prior to the desired delivery date. Therefore the completion of an order numerous days prior to the desired delivery has no affect on the reliability of the delivery.

A delivery is guaranteed Tuesday through Friday (12,99 €) or Monday and Saturday (14,99 €) by our delivery service. The driver is also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbour if the recipient can not be reached.

The Guaranteed Delivery for premium bouquets, roses and certain other products costs 19,99 €

Standard Delivery in Austria and Poland 11,99 €; Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Slovenia and Czech Republic 14,99 €

All products are sent a day prior to the desired delivery date. Therefore the completion of an order numerous days prior to the desired delivery has no affect on the reliability of the delivery.

The delivery takes place Wednesday (8:00h–19:00h) through Friday (8:00h–15:00h) through our delivery service. The completion of a delivery is warranted in 95-98 % of all deliveries. Apart from that, the deliveries are completed with a delay of 1-2 business days. The driver is also authorized to deliver the flowers to a neighbour if the recipient can not be reached.

Important for delivery to France: we can not deliver to islands (like Korsika) or french overseas departéments.

You need a delivery for today? No problem.

Flowers ordered from the category "Last Minute" are delivered through our florist network by a local florist.

Orders received before 15:30h Monday through Friday (11:00h Saturdays) are delivered on the same day.

Orders made after 15:30h and that need to be delivered on the next day, can also be completed in the category: "Last Minute".

Orders delivered by florists may vary from the bouquets pictured on our site. As certain flowers are only available during certain seasons, the constellation may vary from what is pictured on the site.

We offer a 4-day-freshness-guarantee on bouquets delivered through our network of florists.

We have an extensive network of florists around the world that complete our deliveries.

Orders completed after 12:00h are delivered the next work day. Deliveries on Sundays and Holidays are not possible unless specifically noted.
