What is a flower subscription?

A flower subscription is a regular delivery service for fresh bouquets. You choose the frequency of delivery (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and we will send you hand-picked bouquets carefully selected by our florists.

How often will I receive my bouquet?

You can choose between the following delivery frequencies: Weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly.

You can also choose the frequency as required: 3, 6 or 12 deliveries.

How does payment take place?

Payment can be made by invoice, direct debit or PayPal.
PayPal or direct debit will be debited one week before the delivery date.
You have seven days after delivery to pay by invoice.

What's the deal with the free vase?

You don't know whether the recipient has a vase to hand. We have a solution for that. With the first delivery of our subscription, you can choose whether you want it to be sent with or without a vase. The vase is approx. 25 cm tall and has a diameter of approx. 11 cm at the top.

Can I give the subscription as a gift?

Our flower subscription is perfect not only for your own use, but also as a gift to bring joy to a loved one that will last a long time. You can specify a delivery address for the recipient and even add a personalised message.

Can I order a card with my subscription?

You can order a one-off greetings card with your flower subscription. Various motifs are available for different occasions or you can receive a free standard greetings card as an option with your subscription. You have the option of entering a greeting text of up to 600 characters (including spaces) during your order.

Can I pause the subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time. The missed delivery dates will then simply be added to the end of the subscription period.

When are the bouquets dispatched?

As a rule, preparation for dispatch takes place 1-2 working days before the desired delivery date. At peak times, such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, processing may take place earlier. The bouquets are of course always freshly tied.

What does shipping cost?

Standard delivery by parcel costs € 5.99 per consignment.

We also offer express delivery for € 12.99 or € 14.99 on Saturdays and Mondays.

On which days can delivery be made?

Delivery can be made every working day from Monday to Saturday within Germany. Unfortunately, delivery is not possible on public holidays and Sundays.
If the delivery falls on a Sunday or public holiday during the subscription period, we will bring forward the delivery date by one day.

Can any address be supplied?

We can deliver your subscription to any postal address within Germany. It is important that the recipient's name is on the doorbell or, in the case of companies, that the company name is listed.
